摘要
随着人们的生活质量不断提高，越来越多的人喜欢上了户外活动，在野外进行各种各样的运动。目前，很多公司、单位都组织大家参与这种活动，不仅可以锻炼大家的协同工作能力，同时还可以增添大家的生活乐趣，从而缓解大家在工作过程中的巨大压力。进而户外活动必不可少的需要户外用品，如餐盒、雨散帐篷、背包、衣服、登山工具、安全帽、手套、便携式衣架、保温杯、安全医药盒，小型便携式烧烤架、便携式折叠床等多种用品，在进行这些活时，折叠床是重要的一项。出去在郊外旅游时，走的累了需要休息的时猴，在不同的地方只能随地而坐，如果外出带着折叠床，就完全可以满足本人不同草地不同地点打开休息，它可以很轻松的打开，很快就能让人躺在上面床上面，舒服自然很快布满全身，微风吹过，让你感受大自然的气息，使你的身体得到全面放松，休息完，走时各部件都可以折叠起来，用包装袋包好，可以方便的放到任何一个角落里，是居家年轻人和长辈外出旅游必须携带的户外休闲产品。本文通过对折叠床的结构进行设计分析，使用三维软件SW建立出该结构的三维结构模型，首先在该软件的零件建模模块中建立该设备的关键零部件的三维图，然后使用该软件的零部件装配模块进行零部件的装配，得到整个折叠床的三维结构模型。为了对设计出的折叠床零部件结构强度进行校核，通过对该结构的受力情况进行分析，可以计算出该结构的受力情况，经过计算后得到折叠床的应力大小，并与不锈钢的材料应力进行比较，可知它的应力计算结果小于材料的许用应力，满足设计要求。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, more and more people like outdoor activities and have avariety of sports in thewild. At present, many companies and units organize people to participate in this activity,which can not only exercise everyone's ability towork together, but also increase everyone's life fun, so as to relieve the great pressure in the process ofwork. Furthermore, outdoor activities are necessary for outdoor products, such as lunch boxes, umbrellas, tents, backpacks, clothes, mountaineering tools, helmets, gloves, portable clothes hangers, thermos cups, safety medicine boxes, small portable barbecue racks, portable folding beds, etc. in these activities, the folding bed is an important item. When traveling in the countryside,whenyou are tired and need to rest,you can only sit anywhere in different places. Ifyou go outwith a folding bed,you can completely meet the needs of opening and resting in different places on different grasslands. It can be opened easily and people can quickly lie on the upper bed. It is comfortable and natural, and quickly covers thewhole body. The breeze blows, soyou can feel the breath of nature, so thatyour body can be fully relaxed. After rest, all parts can be folded up and packed in bags. It can be conveniently placed in any corner. It is an outdoor leisure product thatyoung people and elders must carrywhen they travel. In this paper, through the design and analysis of the folding bed structure, the three-dimensional structure model of the structure is established by using the three-dimensional software SW. Firstly, the three-dimensional drawing of the key parts of the equipment is established in the part modeling module of the software, and then the parts assembly module of the software is used to assemble the parts, and the three-dimensional structure model of thewhole folding bed is obtained. In order to check the structural strength of the designed folding bed parts, the stress of the structure can be calculated by analyzing the stress situation of the structure. After calculation, the stress of the folding bed is obtained, and comparedwith the material stress of stainless steel, the stress calculation result is less than the allowable stress of the material,which meets the design requirements.
