塑料套注塑模
摘要：本设计的题目为：塑料套注塑模的结构与设计。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了设计者注塑模设计的基础知识，为设计更复杂的注塑模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，；然后利用UG软件计算了塑件的体积，便于选取注塑机；最后确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及推出装置的选龋
本塑件结构相对简单，考虑到塑件的结构特点、模具的制造成本和加工的方便性，本模具设计成凸模和凹模的形状完全相同。
关键词：注塑模、注塑机、凸模、凹模。
Injection molding of the plastic sleeve
Abstract：The text of design is Injection molding of the plastic sleeve.The designer’s foundation knowledge of the injection mould design is reinforced and is able to design more complexinjection mould through the design.
Through the foundation knowledge,firstly,the composion and the perfourmance of thr part is analyzed to choose the type of the gat advantagely.then thevolume of the part got out byUnigraphics CAD/CAM NX4 to choose the injection molding machine; Lastlythe character of the part is analyzed to determine the mould design parameter and design point and choose the ejection assembly.
The sturcture of the part is simple on thewhole,the core and the cavityof the mold should be designed to be the same to cut down the expense on the producting of them.
