三辊弯板机结构设计
摘要
弯板机是一个在许多领域都发挥着巨大作用的设备,因为筒形,锥形以及其他的弧形工件在许多设备的生产加工中都是必不可少的。而弯板机正是用于加工这类工件的设备。三辊弯板机的主要加工原理是三点成圆的原理。通过上下辊轴位置的变化对板材进行挤压产生变形,通过辊轴的旋转在摩擦力的作用下实现板材的进给,往复运动最终达到弯制目的。此次设计为三辊弯板机结构设计,在对比了两种不同的三辊弯板机之后确定方案为上调对称式弯板机。可用于30×1000mm的板材进行加工。本次设计调节上辊升降采用的是蜗轮蜗杆副以及螺母螺杆副。总体结构简单且便于后续的维修处理。翻倒复位则采用人工复位。设计的弯板机整体结构简单,存在安全风险小,且便于维修保养。

Structural Design of Three-roll Plate Bender
Abstract
The bending machine is a device that plays a huge role in many fields, because cylindrical, conical, and other curved work pieces are indispensable in the production and processing of many devices.The bending machine is the equipment used to process such work pieces.The main machining principle of the three-roll bending machine is the principle of three circle.Through the change of the position of the upper and lower roller, the plate is squeezed and deformed. Through the rotation of the roller shaft under the action of friction, the plate is fed, and the reciprocating motion finally achieves the purpose of bending.This design is the structure design of the three-roll bending machine. After comparing the two different three-roll bending machines, it is determined that the scheme is to increase the symmetry bending machine.Can be used for 30 × 1000mm plate processing.The design adjustment on the roller lift is the worm gear pair and nut screw pair.The overall structure is simple and easy for subsequent maintenance.Flip reduction is a manual reduction,.The overall structure of the bending machine is simple, safety risks are small, and it is convenient for maintenance.In the process of designing the three-roller bending machine, I also found some problems.In case of irregular operation, it is easy to cause the breaking of the roller on the bending plate.And when the pressure of the upper roller is insufficient, the bending radius requirement of the bending can not be reached.Through the design of the new balance mechanism, the problem of the tail break of the upper roller is solved, and the main parts of the bending machine are checked with strength.
