自动封箱机设计
摘要:自动封箱机是一种用作为纸箱封口加工设备,其具有结构简单,生产效率高,使用稳定性好,操作非常简单,维护保养和清洁便捷、适用范围广等特点。广泛应用于食品包装、烟草包装、汽车包装、线缆包装等多种产品的包装。一直以来都非常受企业青睐的。但是传统的人工封箱效果不是太理想,需要多次封口才能完成一个纸箱的封装,封装效率低,成本高,接着前辈设计自动封箱机,但在使用自动封箱机的过程中缺少多面封箱且不能应用于多规格纸箱,为了提高封口效率和扩大使用范围,为了能减轻工作人员劳动负担,为了提高自动封箱机的工作性能,于是设计了此款机器。本机器使用电动机直接驱动带轮,然后带轮驱动传送带,传送带将运动和转矩传递到纸箱,以带动纸箱向前运动,通过四杆机构将胶带粘结于纸箱上,继而完成纸箱的封装。

Design of Automatic Box Sealer
Abstract:Automatic carton sealing machine is a kind of carton sealing processing equipment, which has the characteristics of simple structure, high production efficiency, good use stability, very simple operation, convenient maintenance and cleaning, wide application range and so on. Widely used in food packaging, tobacco packaging, automotive packaging, cable packaging and other products packaging. It has always been very popular with companies. However, the effect of traditional manual sealing is not ideal. It requires multiple sealings to complete the packaging of a carton. The packaging efficiency is low and the cost is high. Then the predecessors designed automatic sealing machines, but they lacked multi-sided sealing in the process of using automatic sealing machines. In order to improve the sealing efficiency and expand the scope of use, in order to reduce the labor burden of the staff, and to improve the working performance of the automatic sealing machine, this machine was designed. This machine uses a motor to directly drive the pulley, and then the pulley drives the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt transfers the motion and torque to the carton to drive the carton forward. The tape is adhered to the carton through the four-bar mechanism, and then the carton is packaged.
