摘要
本设计为多功能清雪车,能够清除浮雪、厚雪、薄冰、轧实的冰雪,可有效清除0~15cm厚浮雪和0~10cm厚的轧实冰雪,达到见黑路面效果。可广泛用于市政道路、高速公路、普通公路、机场等地。
多功能清雪车以中国一汽生产的型号为CAG110/125的J6牵引车为行走系统,以一汽解放汽车有限公司无锡柴油机厂生产的BF6M1013-28E3/ BF6M1013-26E3发动机为作业系统的驱动装置,将除雪机构与其底盘车架连接,并对除雪车的雪铲、滚刷、撒布机机构进行结构参数设计,分析了雪铲的工作阻力,通过对冰雪力学性质、整车性能匹配的研究,提出设计方案。
本文的主要工作如下:
1.研究清雪车的结构和整车性能,简要介绍除雪作业参数及作业效果。
2.对比分析各种除雪机械的性能,确定本文选用的除冰雪装置的结构形式。对前雪铲和滚雪刷的结构及参数进行设计。

Abstract
The design for multifunctional snow remover, can remove the floating snow, snow, ice, rolling of ice and snow, which can effectively remove the 0 ~ 15cm thick floating snow and 0 ~ 10cm thick rolling compacted snow to see the black pavement effect. Can be widely used in municipal roads, highways, highways, airports and other places.

1 see the structure and vehicle performance plough, brief introduction of snow removing parameters and operation effect.
2 the structure of the snow removal device is determined by the comparison and analysis of the performances of various snow removal machinery.. The structure and parameters of the front snow shovel and the roller brush are designed.
