目前我国线缆行业正处于稳定增长阶段，未来几年，智能电网、核能发电、铁路、机场、建筑、家电等产业蓬勃发展，电线电缆产品的需求量也将快速增长。受国内信息化和工业化建设拉动，光纤光缆等电缆产业，在电力、轨道交通和海洋经济的带动下，也实现大幅增长。由于整个市场容量的扩大，传统的通信电缆市场规模预计会保持每年3000万芯公里左右的用量。一些特种电缆如铁路信号电缆、船用电缆、汽车电线、矿用电缆、海上采油平台电缆等会有较大的需求增长。随着国家振兴装备制造业的战略发展规划的实施,中国装备制造业将实现从“中国制造”到“中国创造”的转变，必将推动中国装备制造业的大进步和大发展，也将拉动装备制造特种电缆的市场需求大幅增长。
随着电缆需求量的增长，对电缆剥线装置的需求也在逐年增加，现有的剥线装置品类繁多，功能各异，本次设计针对粗电缆的剥线要求采用了滚轮式剥线装置。本装置由剥线刀具及刀架，起固定骨架作用的支架座板，提供压紧的支座套筒和调节丝杠，定位和压紧电缆的滚轮及支架组成。设计出的装置具有以下特点：1、能够应用于直径10—50mm电缆剥线，能够迅速适用于不同规格电缆剥线要求；使用安全，携带方便；2、剥线方式操作简单，效率高，剥线效率大于每分钟2米；3、该装置外型美观，加工方便，可靠实用。

With the growth of demand for cable, cable stripping device is increasing year by year, and the stripping device many kinds, different functions, the design with a thick cable stripping requirements roller stripping devicethe device consists of stripping knives and razors, a fixed skeleton bracket base plate, compression of the bearing sleeve and the adjustment screw, positioning and clamping cable roller and bracket. 未来几年，智能电网、核能发电、铁路、机场、建筑、家电等产业蓬勃发展，电线电缆产品的需求量也将快速增长，电缆市场需求急剧升温。造船、铁道、飞机、宇航、石油、化工、冶金和核电等行业都需要用到大量的电缆。由于整个市场容量的扩大，传统的通信电缆市场规模预计会保持每年3,000万芯公里左右的用量。一些特种电缆如铁路信号电缆、船用电缆、汽车电线、矿用电缆、海上采油平台电缆等会有较大的需求增长，同时，环保电线电缆应用也已成国际趋势。随着国家振兴装备制造业的战略发展规划的实施,中国装备制造业将实现从“中国制造”到“中国创造”的转变，必将推动中国装备制造业的大进步和大发展，也将拉动电缆设备相关产业链的市场需求大幅增长。本次设计主要完成粗电缆的滚轮式剥线装置，该项目的研究具有很重要的实用价值，首先，本装置简单小巧，制作难度低，操作简单，性能可靠，安全稳定，提高了工作效率，使劳动变得相对的简单化，专业化，标准化，减轻了操作人员的负担。其次，在一些比较偏远或工况较差的地方，本装置有极大的适用性，通过简单地人工操作就可以实现装置的
