手推式剪草机设计-草坪清理机

摘要
国内对环境绿化越来越重视，推动着园林机械设备不断的发展，环境保护这种硬性需求所带来的附加产品的市场是非常广阔的，剪草机就是市场中需求比较大的园林机械设备。为了更了保护美化我们的城市生活环境，减少环境污染，更好的维护生态环境，防止水土流失，我国很多的地区都开始发展草坪和地被植物，尤其是有沙尘暴发生的地区，更应该多发展草坪和地被植物，另外相对城市而言，也有利于减少噪音和二次扬尘。
这次设计的是手推式剪机，文中详细地阐述了设备的各个装置，包括传动和驱动装置等。主要介绍的是剪草机的传动系统部分的设计计算，这次设计的手推式剪草机适合修剪一些小型的草坪，并且工作的时候原料消耗比较小，制造成本低，另外工作时形的污染也很小，并且从满足环保的要求。

Abstract

In order to further protect and beautify our urban living environment, reduce environmental pollution, better maintain the ecological environment, and prevent soil erosion, many areas of China have begun to develop lawns and ground cover plants, especially in areas where sandstorms occur, there should be more The development of lawns and ground cover plants, in addition to the city, is also conducive to reducing noise and secondary dust.
This time I designed a hand-pushing shear. This article elaborated on the various devices of the equipment, including transmission and driving devices. The main introduction is the design calculation of the transmission system part of the lawnmower. The hand-push lawnmower designed this time is suitable for cutting some small lawns, and the raw material consumption is relatively small when working, the manufacturing cost is low, and the shape of the work is also different. The pollution is also very small, and from meeting environmental protection requirements.
