摘要
我国是一个以丘陵山地为主的陆地国家,随着人口的增多,工业的发展,农业生产问题日益严重。本课题立足生产,着重应用,为解决实现丘陵山区农业机械化而进行了一系列颇为有益的探索和研究。
本课题主要对手推式全喂入联合收割脱粒装袋机进行了整体的设计和重要部分的理论计算。其中,涉及到微型收割机割台、脱粒筒和机架部分的运动分析及设计。并采用三维软件PROE对实体进行了建模,同时绘制了比较完善的工程图纸。对于其中的发动机传动部位,进行了力学分析,并采用有限元理论应用ANSYS软件进行了模拟仿真。经过实验,初步制作了可以应用于水稻收割的微型全喂入联合收割机。

Abstract
China is a hilly land-based country. As the population increases and industrial development, the problem of agricultural production is more serious. Based on the production of this issue, focusing on applications to address the realization of agricultural mechanization in hilly areas is quite useful to conduct a series of exploration and research.
In this paper, the all feeding micro-combine was overall designed and the important parts were theoretical calculated. The motion analysis and design of the micro-combine’s cutting platform, threshing cylinder and the rack part are included. And the entity was modeled by the three-dimensional software named PROE. For the service of production, the engineering drawing which was relatively complete was drawn. For some of the key parts and function parts, a reasonable mechanical analysis has been done by the software of ANSYS. Meanwhile, the problems in the production process that may occur are also been included.
