家用轿车汽车安全带结构设计
摘要
驾驶汽车的安全性能是驾驶员和乘员在使用轿车过程中首要考虑的问题,汽车的驾驶安全已成为了汽车最重要的性能之一。所以在轿车汽车的安全带的使用上,是我们驾驶汽车在启动前必须使用的关键部件之一。安全带的重要性能够在驾驶和乘坐的过程中给人员带来重要的“安全性”。因此安全带的重要作用是体现轿车性能的重要指标之一,也是轿车汽车必不可少的关键性配件。
轿车汽车的安全带主要的组成部分有织带、卷收器、安全锁扣、锁止机构和三点时式结构上的固定装置组成。在本次的设计中,通过查阅相关的设计资料和文献,了解相关安全带设计上的结构特点和工作原理,设计出轿车安全带的结构形式及布局样式,通过三维软件及二维软件对安全带进行结构绘制。计算处安全带卷收器的具体强度及选择设计,对设计进行分析,了解汽车的发展史及其安全带结构特点,设计的安全带满足人体使用上的舒适性和确保人员使用上的安全性。在设计过程中主要对安全带的卷收器进行详细的设计和分析,了解卷收器的关键组成零件及内部结构形式。了解安全锁扣的工作原理及安全锁扣在使用上的参数设计计算,在防止开脱的结构紧固装置中,安全带锁扣起到的重要作用,以及锁扣在性能上的要求。在设计后,进行安全带锁扣的计算中,得到按压开锁的扭转力的大小,满足国家标准在安全带设计制造上的要求。整体工作通过三维设计、二维结构绘制、说明书的撰写等工作展开,完成本次课题设计的意义及达到设计的目的。

Structural Design of Household Car Seat Belt
Abstract
The safety performance of driving a car is the primary consideration for both drivers and passengers during the use of the car, and driving safety has become one of the most important performance aspects of a car. Therefore, the use of seat belts in sedans is one of the key components that we must use before starting the car. The importance of seat belts can bring important "safety" to personnel during driving and riding. Therefore, the important role of seat belts is one of the important indicators reflecting the performance of sedans, and it is also an essential key accessory for sedans.
The main components of a car's seat belt include a webbing, a retracter, a safety buckle, a locking mechanism, and a fixing device on a three-point timing structure. In this design, by consulting relevant design materials and literature, understanding the structural characteristics and working principles of relevant seat belt designs, designing the structural form and layout style of sedan seat belts, and drawing the structure of seat belts using 3D and 2D software. Calculate the specific strength and selection design of the seat belt retracter, analyze the design, understand the development history of automobiles and the structural characteristics of seat belts, and ensure that the designed seat belts meet the comfort of human use and ensure the safety of personnel. In the design process, the main focus is on providing detailed design and analysis of the seatbelt retracter, understanding its key components and internal structural form. Understand the working principle of safety buckles and the parameter design calculation of safety buckles in use, the important role of safety belt buckles in preventing detachment in structural fastening devices, and the performance requirements of buckles. After design, in the calculation of the seat belt buckle, the magnitude of the twisting force for pressing and unlocking the lock is obtained, which meets the requirements of national standards for seat belt design and manufacturing. The overall work is carried out through three-dimensional design, two-dimensional structure drawing, and manual writing, to achieve the significance and purpose of the project design.
