摘要
18世纪以来,近代木工机械的出现使对木材的加工和处理速度大大提升。在最初的设计中,木工刨床的机构大都是使用木材加工而成,其不足之处主要是由于加工硬度的不达标致使母机的寿命降低,同时机器的震动导致的精度下降使工件的合格率一直达不到人们的利益需求。在19世纪以后,木工机床的基本构造和母机的零件材料已经达到了人们的工业化生产的需求。木工机床的发展也跟随着时代的潮流,也装配上计算机和数控系统,时代的痕迹在机床上发挥的淋漓尽致。
充分使用计算机,使用刨床加工各种各样的板材,木材的加工和其他材料的加工存在一定差异,所以加工参数以及加工方法都会与金属加工机床极大,人工计算一些大批次的加工工作时,远远不如采用计算机更加准确精准。但是,针对小批次小批量的加工时,采用数控加工的使用价格就比较低。因此,在类似家庭工坊里使用的还是本课题使用的简单刨床,加工类型的限制少、加工容易,适合小批次加工。
单面木工压刨床的结构简单,加工速度稳定,在木材加工行业是不可或缺的一部分。我国近代以来生产制造了多种型号的单面木工压刨床,其中的优秀作品时M106A型单面木工压刨床。方材和板材可以使用本刨床获得所需求的厚度和光洁的表面。

Abstract

Since the 18th century, the emergence of modernwoodworking machinery has greatly improved the processing and processing speed ofwood. In the initial design, the mechanism ofwoodworking planer is mostly made ofwood. The main disadvantage is that the service life of the master machine is reduced because the processing hardness is not up to the standard. At the same time, the accuracy is reduced due to thevibration of the machine, so that the qualified rate of theworkpiece can not meet the interest demand of people. After the 19th century, the basic structure ofwoodworking machine tools and the parts and materials of the master machine have reached the needs of people's industrial production. With the development ofwoodworking machine tools, alongwith the trend of the times, they are also equippedwith computers and numerical control systems, and the traces of the times arevividly displayed on the machine tools.
Make full use of computer, use planer to process all kinds of plates, there are certain differences betweenwood processing and other materials processing, so processing parameters and processing methodswill be greatwith metal processing machine tools. When calculating some large batches of processingwork manually, it is far from more accurate and accurate than using computer. However, for small batch and small batch processing, the use price of CNC processing is relatively low. Therefore, the simple planer used in the similar familyworkshops is the same as the one used in this project,which is suitable for small batch processing.
The single-sidedwoodworking press is an indispensable part of thewood processing industry because of its simple structure and stable processing speed. Since modern times, China has produced avariety of single-sidedwoodworking press, amongwhich m106a single-sidedwoodworking press is the best one. Square materials and plates can use this planer to obtain the required thickness and smooth surface.
