三维总装图
本文针对630吨压铸机自动浇注机械手进行三维设计。主要设计部分有：机械手的主要零部件、回转机构、升降机构、以及传动系统。其中，传动系统选择液压传动，并进行了原理图等一系列设计；回转机构选定回转油缸，并进行了详细设计和校核；升降机构选定升降油缸。
利用Solid Works软件进行各个零件的三维建模，并进行装配，导出二维图纸。本文设计的自动浇注机械手可以模仿人手和臂的大部分动作与功能，实现对浇料的搬运和倾倒，它能够代替人的繁重劳动并且实现生产的机械化、自动化。
The three-dimensional automatic casting manipulator of 630-ton die-casting machine was designed in this paper. The main design parts include: the main parts of the robot, rotary mechanism, lifting agencies, dumping agencies and transmission systems. The transmission system was realized via the hydraulic drive and also completed a series of schematics and other design; rotary mechanism was realized via rotary cylinder and carried out a detailed design and check; lift mechanism was realized via lift cylinder.
Each part of the three-dimensional modeling and assembly of this casting manipulator was realized via SolidWorks software. And the two-dimensional drawings were exported. The automatic pouring manipulator can mimic most of the movements and functions of the human hand and arm to achieve the handling and dumping of the pouring material, which can replace the heavy labor and realize the mechanization and automation of the production.
