摘要
在科学技术不断提升和经济快速发展的现代社会,各种各样的新式电器开始出现在人们的生活中,它们也在逐渐融入现代家庭,为人们带来便利。相比于老式电器新型电器更高效,更节能,更环保。在这个大环境下,中国也在大力发展家用电器行业,在不断的竞争淘汰之后留下了一批具有国际影响力的企业。Haier就是其中的佼佼者。现在中国的大部分家庭中都有一两台电视机、洗衣机或冰箱,但是人们对于家用洗碗机还是处于一种比较陌生的状态。洗碗机在中国的家用电器行业可以说是一片还没开发好的新领域。其实我们不难发现其中的原因,人们印象中的洗碗机都是用喷臂涡轮进行水流冲洗,这对中式餐具的特殊结构并不适用。这直接造成了洗碗机清洗效果差,效率低下,能耗较高,不受消费者的欢迎。为了改变洗碗机人们脑海中的尴尬印象,提高洗碗机的清洗能力我们需要更好的清洗机构,超声波洗碗机的概念从此而生。超声波洗碗机能在三个方面对传统洗碗机进行改良。在结构上超声波洗碗机的清洗槽选用不锈钢等不易磨损产生异味的材料,而喷臂辅助清洗装置,进排水系统和超声波清洗系统来提升清洗效果和优化整体结构。在清洗工艺上,设定合理的的参数来保证清洗效果。

Abstract
Improve the science and technology and rapid economic development of modern society, all kinds of new electrical began to appear in people's life, they are gradually integrated into the modern family, bring convenience for people. It is more efficient, more energy efficient, and more environmentally friendly than the new electric appliances. In this environment, China is also vigorously developing the household appliance industry, leaving behind a batch of internationally influential enterprises after the continuous competition. Haier is one of the best. Most families in China now have one or two TV sets, washing machines or refrigerators, but people are still in a strange state about the household dishwasher. Dishwasher in China's household appliances industry is a new area that has not been developed. It is not hard to see why, as the impression of dishwashers is washed with the spray arm, which is not suitable for the special structure of Chinese tableware. This directly results in poor cleaning effect, low efficiency and high energy consumption, which is not popular with consumers. In order to change the embarrassing impression of the dishwasher, we need better cleaning mechanism and the concept of ultrasonic dishwasher is born. The ultrasonic dishwasher can improve the traditional dishwasher in three ways. On the structure of ultrasonic dishwasher cleaning trough selects produce peculiar smell not easy to wear and tear of material such as stainless steel, spray cleaning device for auxiliary arm, into the drainage system and ultrasonic cleaning system to improve the cleaning effect and optimize the whole structure. In the cleaning process, set reasonable parameters to ensure the cleaning effect.
