新型栽苗器的结构设计
摘要
本课题属于机械创新设计，新型栽苗器属于农业种植机械，符合国家大力倡导的科学种植、降低种苗劳动强度的创新理念。本产品的设计基于CAD,Proe数字化设计方法，充分发挥学生创新思维以及创新理论和机械设计知识的有机结合。本设计以人力为动力来源实现节能，采用脚踏脚踏板给力通过破土爪破土深入地面，拉手驱动拉沟机构拉动连接圈，连接圈向上滑动，下拉沟驱动破土机构，从而达到破土工作完成。该机器结构简单、操作方便、环保节能，能快速种植，具有良好的市场推广前景。

Abstract
This subject belongs to the innovative design of machinery. The new seedling planter belongs to the agricultural planting machinery. It conforms to the innovative idea of scientific planting and reducing the labor intensity of seedling vigorously advocated by the state. The design of this product is based on CAD and Proe digital design method, giving full play to students'innovative thinking and the organic combination of innovative theory and mechanical design knowledge. This design uses manpower as power source to achieve energy saving. Foot pedal is used to force the ground through the earth breaking claw to the ground. The pulling handle drives the pulling groove mechanism to pull the connecting ring, the connecting ring slides upward, and the pull-down groove drives the soil breaking mechanism, thereby achieving the completion of the soil breaking work. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, environmental protection and energy saving, rapid planting, and good market prospects.
