基于PRO/E的调料盒注塑模设计

摘要

本次模具所设计的课题是基于PRO/E调料盒注塑模设计,针对调料盒进行了相关的工艺、模具的相关设计。首先对塑料件材料ABS,塑料件的尺寸精度,使用性能,塑料表面质量,其结构布局进行分析,计划选用注射机,本模具利用CAD与PRO/E等软件对模具开始相应计算和相关分析。重点在于注塑模设计,起首分析可注塑性,对塑件外面质量不可轻视,表外面不可以出现较明显的接痕,和气泡疤痕,可以利用软件对注塑件可能出现的接触面痕和气泡进行分析。然后是可制造性,确认选定型腔数目,模具类型,模具主要布局结构,在模具主要结构设计中包括型腔结构,浇口的选择,型面计划,浇注体的设计,排气系统的设计,导向机构的设计,限位拉杆的设计,随后可以确选模具的首要布局。然后选择模架,校准开模行程,算出推出间隔大小,选定推出方式,设划侧抽芯机构,冷却系统,随之可以选定模具的总体布局结构。分析模具结构和功能,其中包括型腔的结构,型芯的结构,型芯镶件的结构,模具导向复位的结构。计算成型零件工作尺寸,包括型芯尺寸大小,型腔尺寸大校最后是模具的安装与试模,使用PRO/E绘制模具安装结构图。

Abstract
The subject of this die design is four groups of dressing boxes, the related process design and die design were carried out for the dressing box. First, the dimension precision,performance, surface quality and structure of plastic parts were analyzed. The injection machine were selected. The mold was calculated and analyzed by CAD and PRO/E. The emphasis was on the design of injection mould. Firstly, the injection molding property could be analyzed. The surface quality of plastic parts could not be ignored. The surface was not allowed to appear obvious joint marks and bubble scars. The software could be used to analyze the joint marks and bubbles that may appear in the injection molded parts. Then there's made ability, the number of cavities, the mold class. In the main structure design of die, including cavity layout, gate selection, surface design, gating system design, exhaust system design, guide mechanism design, limit pull rod design, The main structure of the mould could then be determined. Then the die frame was selected, the stroke of opening die was calibrated, the distance was calculated, the way of pushing out was determined, the side core-pulling mechanism and cooling system were designed, and then the overall structure of the die could be determined. The functions of die structured, including cavity structured, core structured, core insert structure, die guide reset structure, were analyzed. Calculate working dimensions of molded parts, including core size, cavity size. Finally,The installation and test of the mold, PRO/e was used to draw the mold installation structure .
