环形滚筒式输送装置的结构设计与分析
摘要
随着现代工厂自动化的逐渐普及,滚筒输送线作为物流传输线的一种重要传输方式占据了较大的市场份额。滚筒已经成为物流运送的一份子,主要起的作用是传递动力与改变输送货物的运动的方向。
本文主要是针对一种常见的环形滚筒运输线进行分析设计,通过对输送机中的电机,滚筒,链轮,轴承,支座等零部件进行合理的分析选型,计算与校核,从而设计出满足输送需求的合理的滚筒式输送机。合适的设计方案和精确的力学计算可以有效帮助我们去验证以及实现输送机的整体性能,进而不断的提升其稳定性,安全性和可靠性。在方案确定后,我们通过计算所得的参数进行环形滚筒输送机的零件及装配体建模,来设计出符合我们要求的环形滚筒式输送机。

Abstract
With the gradual popularization of modern factory automation, the roller conveyor line, as an important transmission method of the logistics transmission line, occupies a large market share. As the core component of the logistics line transmission, the roller mainly plays two important roles in transmitting power and changing the conveying direction.
This article is mainly for the analysis and design of a common circular roller conveyor line. The motor, roller, sprocket, bearing, bearing and other components in the conveyor are analyzed, selected, calculated and checked to design To produce a reasonable roller conveyor that meets the needs of transportation. Appropriate design schemes and accurate mechanical calculations can effectively help usverify and realize the overall performance of the conveyor, and then continuously improve its stability, safety and reliability. After the plan is determined,we use the calculated parameters to model the parts and assemblies of the ring roller conveyor to design a ring roller conveyor that meets our requirements
