摘要
在食品采摘运输和食品的生产中,单靠人工来完成水果类,等的采摘削是既费时、费力,而且采摘的效果也不好实现采摘运输。目前,市场上的苹果采摘传送装箱的机器,多为价格比较昂贵的大型果园采摘运输用设备。
本次的设计主要针对苹果采摘传送装箱及机,在查阅了大量相关文献资料的基础上,在先有的市场上进行了优化和改进设计,适用于食品生产和人们的生活中以及农民个体生产及一些小型工厂的果园用于生和采摘运输的机械。经过实际参数的设置和需求,符合理论计算,进行苹果采摘传送装箱及机相对应的数据校核,设计优化一种苹果采摘传送装箱及机,这种苹果采摘传送装箱及机可以采摘削多种,在市场上可以实现一机多用的作用。该苹果采摘传送装箱及机主要由采摘、带传送、装箱装置、及电动机组成,其实际的工作原理,是利用挂果类的自由落体的作用实现自动采摘,通过机械手的旋转将下料斗中的进行旋转成相对好采摘的位置,再通过传送带传送至采摘到下面,在传送带运动的过程中根据调节的采摘削长度来实现采摘削,最后成品由出料口出料。这样的设备实现了能够实现连续采摘以及实现出料,采摘数量、采摘到大小可调的功能,具有实现对多种采摘削生产率高、工作功耗低、操作安全可靠、能够保证的采摘运输质量好等优点。

Abstract
In the process of food picking and transportation and food production, it is not only time-consuming and laborious to finish fruit picking only by manpower, but also the effect of picking is not good. At present, most of the apple picking and conveying machines on the market are expensive large-scale orchard picking and transporting equipment.
This design is mainly aimed at the packing and machine of apple picking and conveying. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents, the design has been optimized and improved in the previous market. It is applicable to the machinery of food production and people's life, individual production of farmers and orchard of some small factories for production and picking and conveying. After the actual parameter setting and demand, according to the theoretical calculation, carry out the data check of the apple picking transmission box and the corresponding machine, design and optimize a kind of apple picking transmission box and machine. This kind of apple picking transmission box and machine can pick and cut many kinds, and realize the multi-purpose function of one machine in the market. The machine is mainly composed of picking, belt conveying, packing device and electric motor. Its actualworking principle is to realize automatic picking by using the function of free falling of fruit, to rotate the lower hopper into a relatively good picking position through the rotation of the manipulator, and then transmit it to the bottom through the conveyor belt during the moving process of the conveyor belt According to the adjusted picking length, the final product is discharged from the discharge port. Such equipment can realize the functions of continuous picking and discharging, the number of picking and the size of picking can be adjusted. It has the advantages of high productivity, low power consumption, safe and reliable operation, and good quality of picking and transportation.
