[摘要]闸阀的使用在现代化生产中十分重要,其身影在人类的生产生活中随处可见。闸阀的研究能够带动人类经济生产,在各类生产系统中极大的提高经济效益,节约能源。
如何正确设计和选用闸阀是实现闸阀的密封性能、调节性能、实用性能、安全性能和流通性能的关键所在。在本次设计中,主要对阀体、阀板、密封面等进行了了解与设计,通过对介质温度、压力、腐蚀性等因素的考虑,对阀门的通用专用零件进行了计算与设计。最后对阀门的精度要求,制造、验收与装配进行了认识与了解,让阀门整体能够发挥出最完美的效果。

[Abstract] The use of gatevalves isvery important in modern production, and its figure is ubiquitous in human production and life.
The research of gatevalve can promote human economic production, greatly improve economic efficiency and save energy in all kinds of production systems. How to design and select gatevalve correctly is the key to realize the sealing performance, adjusting performance, practical energy, safety performance and circulation performance of gatevalve. In this design, mainly on thevalve body,valve plate, dense cover and so on to understand and design, through the media temperature, pressure, corrosion and other factors, thevalve of the general special parts are calculated and designed. Finally, the accuracy of thevalve requirements, manufacturing, acceptance and assembly of the understanding and understanding, so that thevalve as awhole can play the most perfect results
