摘要
针对化工产品来说，有一个必要的工序就是配料称重，这个工序的主要目的是为了对于将要输送给混料机的物料进行配料称重，通过精准的配比来保证产品自身的质量。整个工序中，各部分的机构是处于一个连续工作的环境下的，这个时候就要求配料称重的工序也是连续的不间断的，如果是采用人力完成的话，导致精度控制比较差，影响产品的质量，这个时候，设计一个称量机就势在必行了，此次设计的要求就是让学生从机构的原理入手，然后对各个部分的结构以及尺寸等等进行相关的设计，之后还需要进行控制系统的设计。

Abstract
For chemical products, there is a necessary process is batching weighing. The main purpose of this process is to weigh and proportion the materials to be delivered to the mixer, and to ensure the quality of the products by accurate proportion. In the whole process, the mechanism of each part is in a continuous working environment. At this time, the batching and weighing process is required to be continuous. If it is completed by manpower, the precision control is poor and the product quality is affected. At this time, it is necessary to design a weighing machine.
