ZP275转盘设计
[摘要]转盘是石油钻机的提升设备之一，在钻井作业中，主要用于旋转钻杆柱，在起下钻和下套管时，支撑井下的钻柱（或套管柱）重量。转盘可用于链条传动，也可用于万向轴传动。
本文对ZP275转盘的基本结构，详细尺寸进行了设计，ZP275转盘主要由转台装置、铸焊底座、输入轴总成、锁紧装置、主补心装置、上盖等零部件组成。本文介绍了ZP275转盘设计理论与计算方法，通过转盘的基础参数，对一些主要的零件进行了计算，强度分析和材料的选用。主要包括，齿轮副的计算和强度校核，轴承的选用与计算，强度校核，轴的结构设计，联接件的强度校核。用SolidWorks和CAD绘制了总装配图，轴承图和齿轮图。然后对ZP275转盘的安装使用及其调整进行了详细的介绍，对密封润滑、运输方面提出了建议，最后确定ZP275转盘的整体结构。

Design of ZP275 Turntable
[Abstract] Rotary disc is one of string,which supports theweight of downhole drill string(or casing string)when drilling and casing are lifted. The turntable can be used for chain drive and universal shaft drive.In this paper, the basic structure and detailed size
of ZP275 turntable are designed. ZP275 turntable is mainly composed of turntable device, casting andwelding base, input shaft assembly, locking device, main filling device, upper cover and other parts.This paper introduces the design theory and calculation method of ZP275 turntable. Through the basic parameters of the turntable, some main parts are calculated, strength analysis and material selection. It mainly includes calculation and strength check of gear pair, selection and calculation of bearing, strength check, structural design of shaft and strength check of connecting parts. The assembly drawing, bearing drawing and gear drawing are drawnwith SolidWorks and CAD. Then the installation, use and adjustment of ZP275 turntable are introduced in detail. Suggestions on sealing, lubrication and transportation are put forward. Finally, the overall structure of ZP275 turntable is determined.
