[摘要]本次设计内容包含了机械制造工序、工艺和夹具设计,车床的钻,铣,磨等多方面的知识。
钻机用心轴的制造过程是包括部分过程设计和工艺设计处理。在工艺设计中,对具体的技术要求分析,如使用用途和所述特定尺寸和形状的首先分析,然后将坯件的结构分析处理,并且选择的部分的加工基准,然后处理的部分的路线工艺;然后在过程中的步骤分部计算,确定每个进程的进程和切削量。最后对V型面铣削进行专用的夹具设计。
