摘要

随着经济和工业快速发展,环境污染问题逐渐引起了人们的重视。离子水作为一种安全、高效、环保的新型去污消毒剂开始进入到人们的视野。其原料简单易得、作用迅速高效、无有害物质残留、性能稳定等特点使其开始作为各领域的绿色环保清洁剂投入研究和生产,离子水去污消毒方式正在逐渐代替传统的化学消毒方式。
本文基于电解水技术、电穿孔技术及单片机控制技术等,开发了一种基于单片机控制的离子水去污消毒装置,可以产生具有去污消毒功能的离子水。其主要组成部分包括:(1)电解槽部分,满足体积孝效率高的要求,且实现DC-DC升压;(2)控制系统部分,产生各模块所需电信号,控制整个装置正常运行。给出系统的总体设计方案、外部装置设计、硬件电路设计以及软件设计的方法。
经过调试,本文设计的离子水去污消毒装置工作稳定,能够基本实现系统所需功能。辅以基于电穿孔技术的高压模块,将进一步提高其去污消毒能力。

DEVELOPMENT OF IONIZED WATER CLEANING AND SANITIZING DEVICE

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of economy and industry, the problems of environmental pollution have attracted people’s attention gradually.Ionizedwater as a kind of safe, efficient, environmentally friendly new disinfectant began to enter people'svision.Because its raw material is easy to get,its role is rapid and efficient, and its stable performancewithout harmful substances residue and so on,ionizedwater began as a green environmental cleaning agent being researched and producted invarious fields.and ionizedwater decontamination and disinfection methods are gradually replacing the traditionalway of chemical disinfection.
This paper based onwater electrolysis technology, electroporation technology and microcomputer control technology, developed an ionizedwater cleaning and sanitizing device based on single-chip microcomputer,which can produce theweak acid ionizedwaterwith decontamination and disinfection function.The main components include:(1)the part of electrolytic cell,which have met the requirements of small size, high efficiency, and achieved DC-DC boost;(2) the part of control system,to generate the required electrical signals of each module, control the normal operation of the entire device.Then this Paper introduces the overall design method include the external device design,hardware design and the software design method of thewhole system.
After commissioning, this ionizedwater cleaning and sanitizing device designed in this paperworks stability,and is able to reach the system desired functionality.With high pressure module based on electroporation technology, its

ability of cleaning and sanitizingwill be further improved.
