饮水机接水盒注射模设计
[摘要]本设计主要是针对饮水机接水盒的注塑模具设计，该饮水机接水盒材料为聚丙烯（PP），是工业生产中常见的一种盘类产品。通过对塑件进行工艺的分析和比较，最终设计出一副注塑模。该设计从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、推出机构、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。为保证塑件表面质量采用侧浇口。模具的型腔选择一模两腔结构，浇注系统采用侧浇口成型，推出形式为直接推杆推出机构完成塑件的推出。塑件的工艺性能要求注塑模中有冷却系统，因此在模具设计中也进行了设计。

Fruit Tray Injection Mould Design
[Abstract]This design is mainly directed against the tray of injection mold design, the tray for polypropylene (PP) materials, industrial production is common in a dish products. Through to the plastic parts for process analysis and comparison, the final design out a pair of injection mold. This design from product structure technology, specific mold structure of the system, the leader of the mould molds part of the structure, launch institutions, cooling system, the injection molding machine selection and check the related parameters of detailed design. To ensure the quality of plastic parts surface by side gate. The mould cavity choose exactly two cavity structure, gating system by side runner molding, roll out in the form of direct push rod launch institutions plastic parts to launch the finish.
