摘要
滑动叉板机械加工工艺及其钻攻M8螺纹的钻床夹具设计,由老师发的任务书和滑动叉板零件图知,此设计大体分成两部分,一为工艺部分;二为夹具部分。
工艺部分主要包括零件的分析、毛坯余量的确定及工时计算等,详细查看滑动叉板知道,其材料为45钢,Φ35H7孔、Φ30H7孔、Φ25H7孔精度较高,滑动叉板36槽及50槽仅次于三孔,接着编写工艺规程,查找各个加工表面的加工余量,绘制缸体毛坯图,工序卡图,最后对各加工工序的切削用量、进给量、切削速度和工时等进行计算。
钻攻M8螺纹的夹具设计,采用滑动叉板后端面、Φ35H7孔和Φ25H7孔定位,也就是经典的“一面两销”,夹紧则是采用心轴、快换垫圈和六角法兰面螺母等组成的螺旋夹紧机构夹紧工件,麻花钻与M8螺纹孔的中心线位置的确定,则是由快换钻套、衬套来实现。

Abstract
The machining process of the sliding fork plate and the design of the drill fixture for drilling M8 threads are known from the task book and the part drawing of the sliding fork plate issued by the teacher. The design is generally divided into two parts, one is the process part; The second is the fixture part.
The process part mainly includes the analysis of parts, the determination of blank allowance, and the calculation of working hours. The sliding fork plate is made of 45 steel, Φ 35H7 hole Φ 30H7 hole Φ The accuracy of 25H7 hole is relatively high, and the 36 slots and 50 slots of sliding fork plate are second only to the three holes. Then, the process procedure is compiled to find the machining allowance of each machining surface, draw the cylinder block blank drawing, process card drawing, and finally calculate the cutting amount, feed rate, cutting speed and working hours of each machining process.
Fixture design for drilling M8 thread adopts sliding fork plate rear end face Φ 35H7 hole and Φ 25H7 hole positioning, which is the classic "one side two pins", is clamped by a screw clamping mechanism composed of a mandrel, quick change washer and hexagon flange nut. The determination of the centerline position of the fried dough twist drill and M8 threaded hole is achieved by quick change drill sleeve and bushing.
