摘要
随着经济的增长,国家和人民越来越注重环境,近年来,我们的绿色区域有了很大的改善,草坪的种植也是市场上各种割草机的一部分。本次设计主要是研究手推形式的除草机来做研究的课题,并对一部分进行了设计改进。第一部分主要针对草坪割草机的环境,介绍了本文的基本背景和国内外草坪割草机的基本情况,分析了草坪割草机的基本分类,如轮式割草机、悬挂式割草机等,分析了草坪割草机设备未来的基本趋势,如功能多样性、低成本、全自动化等。接着是第二部分的主要工作是分析消化设备的基本需求,使用市场上相对通用的基本设计进行设计分析,确定本文设计的割草机方案,并根据常见的解决方案分析其主要部件和工作流程。第三章的主要工作是对整个机器中的几个主要零部件进行设计分析,包括走行器、扶手、电气机构、轴、切割刀片和减速机的设计计算。第四部分是简单说明了solidworks的介绍,其中包括了该软件的基本建模方法:自上而下建模方法和自下而上设计方法,并介绍了各个割草机模型的功能及其最常用的基本模型,包括电气部件、抽壳部件、车轮部件、扶手部件、割草机、管路、发动机盖部件以及整体装配。第五章主要针对割草机的日常使用和注意事项,主要是防止用户未经授权使用和操纵设备和不确定性。

Abstract
With the economic growth, the country and people pay more and more attention to the environment. In recent years, our green areas have been greatly improved, and lawn planting is also a part of various lawn mowers in the market. This design is mainly to study the lawn mower in the form of hand push, and some of it has been improved. The first part mainly introduces the basic background of this paper and the basic situation of lawn mowers at home and abroad, analyzes the basic categories of lawn mowers, such as wheeled mowers and hanging mowers, and analyzes the basic trends of lawn mowers in the future, such as functional diversity, low cost and full automation. Then, the main work of the second part is to analyze the basic requirements of digestion equipment, use the basic design that is relatively common in the market to design and analyze, determine the lawn mower scheme designed in this paper, and analyze its main components and workflow according to the common solutions. The main work of the third chapter is to design and analyze several main parts of the whole machine, including the design and calculation of running gear, handrail, electrical mechanism, shaft, cutting blade and reducer. The fourth part is a brief introduction of solidworks, which includes the basic modeling methods of the software: top-down modeling method and bottom-up design method, and introduces the functions of each lawn mower model and its most commonly used basic models, including electrical components, shell parts, wheel parts, handrail parts, lawn mower, pipeline, engine cover parts and overall assembly. The fifth chapter mainly aims at the daily use and precautions of lawn mower, mainly to prevent users from using and manipulating equipment without authorization and uncertainty
