塑料齿轮注射模具设计
摘要
本课题主要是研究塑料齿轮注射模具的设计。这种塑料齿轮结构比较简单，不需要使用侧抽芯，采取了一模四腔的结构，利用双分型面脱模，塑件利用顶杆顶出。
本文详细分析描述了塑料齿轮注射模具设计的过程，其中包含有几个部分，其中包括有分析塑件材料的性能，设计并分析了该模具的分型面。主要介绍了注射模具的性能与结构，注射材料的优缺点，塑件成型工艺性的分析，注射机的介绍与选择，模具零部件的选择设计计算，模具的装配和过程中的技术要求。

Design of Plastic Gear Injection Mold
Abstract
This topic is mainly to study the design of plastic gear injection mold. This plastic gear structure is relatively simple, do not need to use the side of the core, to take a four-cavity structure, the use of two-part surface demoulding, plastic parts using top ejector.
This paper describes in detail the process of plastic gear injection mold design, which contains several parts, including the analysis of the performance of plastic parts, design and analysis of the mold parting surface. It mainly introduces the performance and structure of the injection mold, the advantages and disadvantages of the injection material, the analysis of the molding process of the plastic parts, the introduction and selection of the injection machine, the selection design of the mold parts, the assembly of the mold and the technical requirements in the process.
