螺旋式物料输送机设计含6张CAD图+说明书

摘要:本文基于节省材料,低成本,简单安全和高效的原则,通过对国内外技术调查的抽样分析,该装置的关键部件和实验研究提供了性能基矗设计原理是:当电动机带动丝杠轴旋转时,添加到凹槽中的材料由于自重而使螺旋叶片表面旋转,但是由于丝杠的轴向推力,叶片向一个方向被推向卸载。在物料口处,物料被排出以达到输送物料的目的。该输送机的输送机由NGW行星齿轮减速器驱动。NGW行星齿轮减速器具有体积小,质量小,传动比大,承载能力大,传动平稳,效率高的优点。

Abstract: Based on the principle of saving materials, low cost, safe and simple, and high efficiency, the paper is based on the design of spiral conveyor. The basic work is as follows: through the sampling and analysis of domestic and foreign technical investigations, the key components and experimental research of the device. The performance level is provided by the equal layer. The design principle is: when the motor drives the screw shaft to rotate, the material added into the groove causes the spiral blade surface to rotate due to the self-weight, but is pushed in one direction by the axial thrust of the spiral. At the discharge port, the material is discharged to achieve the purpose of conveying the material. The conveyor transmission device adopts NGW type planetary gear reducer transmission. The NGW type planetary gear reducer has the advantages of small volume, small mass, large transmission ratio, large carrying capacity, stable transmission and high efficiency.
