摘要
本次设计的题目是雕刻机的设计,本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了雕刻机的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了雕刻机总的指导思想,从而得出了该雕刻机的优点是高效,经济,并且安全系数高,对提高产品的雕刻效率,减少人工投入等等起到了很大的作用的结论。
本次雕刻机的研制,是为解决我国家用机械的加工行业全部由人工手工作业劳动强度大、雕刻效率低而国内又没有适用专用雕刻机的难题。本文从加工机械设计的角度,阐述了该雕刻机研究开发的目的、雕刻机设计的依据、雕刻机作业的工作原理、雕刻机的总体结构设计和切片机构等关键零部件的设计和计算,并对该雕刻机的进一步完善设计提出了改进方案。

Abstract
This design topic is the ice cutting machine design.In this paper,the use of universityknowledge,sorbet profile cutting machine structure composition,working principle and main parts design must have the theoretic calculation and strength check is proposed,constructed sorbet profile cutting machine total guiding ideology,and concluded that the ice cream cutting machine has the advantages of high efficiency,economy,and high safetyfactor,to improve the ice cream on the cutting efficiencyand reduce labor input and so on plays a great role in the conclusion.
The ice cream cutting machine is to traditional ice cream profile cutting machineworking principle understanding,this sorbet section cutting machine composed of a machine frame,a feeding cake conveyor line,and pulling mechanism,cutting mechanism,gripper and a driving mechanism and so on.Bymanuallyplaced in thewater ice in the conveying line above the inside and bypulling and manipulatorwill sorbet and from sorbet pulls out,then quicklypulled out the ice cream stick into the ice cream stick recycling box.And the sorbet clamping to cutting conveying line above,when the cutting ice transmission line installed above the photoelectric sensor sorbet position andwill pass in the control system to control the cutting mechanism decreased,thus for ice-cream for cutting.Then the ice creamwith good cutting and cutting conveying line automaticallyinto the collection boxat the end of the conveyor line inside.
