摘要

农用履带车作为全地形履带车的一种,世界各国均有研发和生产。我国农业机械化水平相对于西方各国而言仍处于发展阶段,其中基础发展环节较为薄弱,但是近年来我国对于农业现代化机械的研发和生产已经步入快速发展道路,其中农用履带车作为一种新型的农业用具和高科技农业生产用品,我国对于其的研发和生产投入巨大的人力、物力。农用履带车作为一种全地形的农业用具,它的使用是多方面的,如在喷药,采摘,运输等方面都拥有着巨大作用。其中在喷药环节中农用履带车具有底盘较低、喷洒高度高、药物颗粒小、喷洒密度高的优点,这样可以对果树进行全方位、无死角的喷洒。这样喷洒的好处便是会提高药物的喷洒密度,使得农药可以附着在果树的各个点。例如叶肥,农用履带车喷洒可以提高叶片上农药颗粒的附着,而这样喷洒的好处便是提高果树的产量,保证果农的收入,也能解放农民的双手。而且农药作为一种有毒药物,机器喷洒减少人工的参与,也可以保障农民的生命安全,同时也能降低农民的人工成本和时间成本,从而提高工作效率。所以,研发农用履带车是当前农业现代化发展的一步重要布局。而农用履带车的车轮系统的设计任务承担着农用履带车能否开展多地形工作和适应复杂条件下工作。因此,对于车轮系统的设计需要考虑到未来车辆的工作情况和工作环境。所以,对于农用履带车车轮系统的设计需要从材料选择,结构应用等方面进行设计考虑。

The design of the agricultural crawler wheel system
ABSTRCT
Agricultural crawler as a kind of all-terrain crawler has been developed and produced all over the world. Agricultural mechanization level relative to the western countries is still in the stage of development, the basic development link is weak, but the machinery in the agricultural modernization in China in recent years has been rapid development in the research and production, including agricultural caterpillar vehicles as a new type of agricultural equipment and high-tech agricultural production supplies, China has invested huge manpower and material resources in its research and development and production. As a kind of all-terrain agricultural appliance, agricultural caterpillar vehicle is used in many aspects, such as spraying, picking, transportation, etc., which plays a huge role. Among them, the agricultural caterpillar vehicle has the advantages of lower chassis, high spraying height, small drug particles and high spraying density, which can spray the fruit trees in all directions and without dead Angle. The benefit of this spraying is that it increases the density of the spray, allowing the pesticide to stick to all points of the tree. Therefore, research and development of agricultural crawler car is an important step in the development of agricultural modernization. The task of designing the wheel system of the agricultural crawler is to determine whether the agricultural crawler can carry out the multi-terrain work and adapt to the complex conditions. Therefore, the design of the wheel system needs to take into account the working conditions and working environment of the future vehicle.
